Changan Auto Ghana is responsible for personal information collected through changanghana.com and the vehicle enquiry forms it operates on Facebook and Instagram. This policy explains how we use that information and how to contact us about it.
Information we collect
When you ask for a quotation, request a test drive or contact our sales team, we may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, vehicle of interest, preferred location, appointment preferences and any message you choose to provide. Fields marked as required are needed to process your request. If you leave them blank, you may be unable to submit the form or receive a response. Optional fields can be left blank.
When you visit the website, cookies and similar tools may collect information such as your device and browser, IP address, pages visited, referring source and interactions with the site.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to reply to you, arrange test drives, provide quotations and follow up on your request. We use website activity to understand how visitors use the site and measure advertising performance. We seek your separate consent before using your information for direct marketing. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

The website uses Google Analytics to measure site usage and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising results.
